Darren was recommended by a friend as a means to help my long-standing sleep problems. I kept putting off phoning as I felt very apprehensive at the prospect but Darren put me at ease from the start and took my problem very seriously which was also reassuring. I found the hypnotherapy to be a fascinating experience. It was deeply relaxing but in another way was quite hard work as I found distant memories invoked some surprisingly strong feelings but Darren gently enabled me to take charge for the first time. I have found that the techniques learned from my four hypnotherapy sessions together with the mp3s Darren supplied have indeed helped me to sleep deeply. It’s such a relief.
