Its been approximately 3 months since the 3 session i did with Darren to boost my confidence. I can say that I am experiencing a transformation of sorts and my confidence levels are now increasing noticeably. I feel a lot more capable dealing with my life and responsibilities and i have a feeling this is just the beginning of my journey. Darren was lovely to work with both online and face to face ( I did both). Highly recommended from me.
